RETURN POLICY
You have up to 30 days to return your purchase for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, for example, if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Mount Fit
If you purchased one of our adaptive paddling systems, but the mount doesn't fit your particular kayak, we will work with you to provide a substitute mount or additional adaptations. Email info@angleoar.com to inquire about the details.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@angleoar.com and, if requested, mail the original defective item to Angle Oar LLC, 4582 Wavertree Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401.
Shipping

You are responsible for paying any return shipment costs. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service such as UPS, FedEx or USPS.
